We’re back with part two of our cozy sweaters and coats, as well as our second accessory gift guide to simplify your holiday shopping! Leave wrapped in one of our ultra soft knits, and a couple things knocked off your shopping list, it’s a win-win. To contrast the downtown chic looks and modern minimal gift guide from last week – we have assembled some outfits and gifts for the vintage lover. Outfit # 1 | Day Tripper
Transform your classic jeans and tee look into a warm wintery one, by adding knits and textures. We’ve chosen one of our best selling staple bootcut jeans ‘Beth’ by Hudson and paired it with a lightweight textured top in classic white with a latte coloured lace cami underneath. Next we wrapped Miranda up in a thick and cozy scarf and head-wrap. Layer this look with your favourite oversized cardi and an ankle boot for a more casual weekend vibe. Any colour will work because the soft neutral tones selected have created an easy canvas to add any pop of colour. We love the chunky multi coloured burgundy yarn in the head-wrap, but an earthy army green or chocolate brown would pair perfectly for a warm and inviting feel!
Cami: C’est Moi lace cami $30
Sweater: Red Haute hi-lo dolmantee $76
Scarf: Chandi kint scarf in oatmeal $40
Head-wrap: D&Y $28
Heel: Nine West ‘Proud Mama’ heel $110
Outfit # 2 | Dakota Dame
This is a great coat for the nature loving, farmers market and vintage shopper. The warm earthy colors and Navajo inspired geo print make it perfect for wearing with denim and a pair of boots. Layer it up with a chunky knit scarf and a colorful bohemian head wrap to look ultra feminine and cute during any festivities this winter. The long length and cinch waist drawstring helps to keep out the wind and the faux fur trim is great as an eco friendly option! We have layered it with a contrasting cream knit scarf by Pink Martini.
Scarf: Pink Martini “London Fog” cream knit scarf $40
