All online purchases are gathered from stock in our Sherwood Park and St. Albert locations and we require 24 hours to confirm the status and condition of your purchase. Our goal to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but we cannot guarantee availability. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder or have the purchase refunded.
If you need to change your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.
We offer free shipping to all orders in Canada and the United States that are over $200.

Taxes and Duties
Sales tax is charged on all Canadian orders at the customer's local tax rate.
Bella Maas is not responsible for duties or other fees incurred from importing goods.
All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. We are not responsible for fluctuations in pricing.
You can pick your online purchase up in store if you are in the Edmonton and surrounding area. Please choose IN-store pick up from the drop down menu.
In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Bella Maas will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase with an original (or gift) receipt. Item must be in an unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted. All Sale items are final and we do not offer price adjustments.
Online Order Return Policy
Bella Maas will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange, store credit or a full refund within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a "return authorization" number and we will assist you with your return. Item must be unworn with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges and we require that you insure the package. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All sale items are final and we do not offer price adjustments.
We can not guarantee that the item you would like to exchange will be available in the size or colour requested. If a store credit is issued, please retain all information we give you for future use on our website or in our retail store.
We are not responsible for lost store credits or receipts.
Once you have contacted us with your exchange or return we will provide you with an "Return Authorization Number" please write this number on the package and mail it to:
